Mahila Women's Clinic

Professional Network

The right care may involve more than one professional.

Some health concerns benefit from medical care alongside support from another discipline. Mahila works with clinicians and independent health professionals whose experience may be relevant to a patient's individual needs.

How the Mahila professional network works

01

How the network works

Your Mahila doctor will discuss whether another professional may be helpful and why. A referral or introduction is based on your clinical circumstances, preferences and the services available at the time.

Professionals listed on this page may be Mahila clinicians, visiting practitioners or independent providers. Their role, location, fees, availability and booking process should be clearly stated on each profile.

Being listed as part of Mahila's professional network does not mean that every patient will need multidisciplinary care.

Finding the right next step in care

Finding the right next step

Start with the concern you have now.

You do not need to assemble your own care team before attending Mahila. Begin with the symptoms or health question you want to address. Your doctor can discuss whether another professional may be useful and how their role would fit into your care.
